Terms of Service
Scheduled cleanings have a grace period before the allotted time of 10 – 30 min window for traffic. We only bill for the time we are at the home cleaning.
Lock out & last minute cancellation fees will be implemented if we can not get into the home the day of the cleaning (i.e no key left or code given to enter) or if the cleaning is cancelled on the day of or within 24 hours of the scheduled clean. The fee will be 75% of the cost of the scheduled clean.
Breakages or Damages.
We will not clean Collectibles, heirlooms & any items that value above $75 as these tend to be delicate and more personal items we find most clients would rather or prefer to clean those areas or items themselves. We ask that you keep this in mind and either let us know what and where to be aware of, or if possible move said items to a safe place if you would like the area the item(s) are in.
Wear and tear on carpet and rug snags are something that are more common on older rugs and carpet with longer style fringe/shag material that is more brittle to the touch. If you do not want to risk your rug/carpet to be possibly damaged then please let us know to not vacuum that rug/carpet.
Please note that there is a risk of cleaning the inside of the refrigerators when doing deep cleans, mainly with older/stuck on food that has been on the drawers, shelves & glass that can cause cracking and or breaking to incur. Please be aware we are not responsible in the event of that happening.
